Striped Settee

Ida used to own a store in Salt Lake City, Ut and brought home some of the pieces of furniture. She had this great settee that had a yellow cotton slipcover on it with no piping.

She got this great neutral (oatmeal) heavy weight burlap/canvas fabric with a stripe in it. She wanted it prewashed of course because her grandkids come over a lot.



Here is the settee before....check out those great legs. We decided to show them off with the new slipcover as well.

Here is the after...she got her throw pillow from TJ MAXX...looks great with it!



I ran piping down the inside arm, and I did tuck-in around the seat because there was no cushion.
