Upholstered Rocking Chair (Pottery Barn)

This Chair is for my clients nursery. I love how bold the print is and how it turned out!

Before...another muslin covered chair with rockers.
After in a turquouise damask type print.

I notched up and over the rockers and finished it off with piping along the bottom edge.
Close up of the inside wing.

Oh yes she did an ottoman to match.
Look at those two together!!!! I wish I could show you pics of it inside her nursery...but her husband is meeting me to pick it up.

Another After shot.

That fabric is BEAUTIFUL. So you are telling me you don't even get to see her face when she sees it. Gosh, that hardly seems fair.

Thank you so much, for sharing this with us at my party. I saw that chair, and just KNEW it was yours. How cool is that?

Def another awesome job SHelley.

Hugs,

Bella :)

Hello Shelley,
I just bought the most awesome, sturdy with beautiful bones chair at my local Salvation Macy's (Army).

Can't wait to see what I can achieve with your DVD.

Gorgeous! I used the same fabric in chocolate and white to make window panels in my bedroom---it's fun and whimsical, yet somewhat traditional too. Love this color though!

What a great job. I'm impressed. I saw the running pics, thought this looks like AZ. I'm in PHX. Then I saw AZ in the commentary. Beautiful work.

This chair rocks. In every creative pursuit, there are some sublime moments, when the colors and shapes all seem just right, and when design puzzles (jog) that drive a person insane surprisingly become the thing that makes a piece sing, once you find the perfect solution: Those are the most satisfying projects of all. Well done.
