Hi, I've been making slipcovers for almost 20 yrs but I still love learning something new. Don't you just love those asymmetrical pieces.I drape inside/out too and have to double check for symmetry. I am part of a few networking groups (one is a virtual group) and I would love to share your video with others in the industry or window treatments, which is also my area.

This cover really brightens the room. The striped chair you show previously is lovely too- a bit more work matching those stripes though I imagine.

I love the color and the fabrics.
I have a white wedding ring pattern ready, draped on a chair. I should make it a slip cover for the chair!
Thanks.
I love all the textured fabrics in the bottom of the bed quilt also.

What did you line the wedding ring pattern with to make it sturdier?

michelle ps I would LOVE the DVD.

I love your site, I check often to see what you have completed, your talents are exceptional. You take so much pride in your work. I made a slipcover about 10 years ago and swore I would NEVER do it again, things were so terrible that I even pierced my index finger with the sewing machine needle (really, had to use the hand wheel to pull it out) I could use some pointers and tricks of the trade to simplify my next project. Yes next project, my sofa cover is looking very sad after ten years. Thanks Janette Ash Kingston Ontario Canada

I came from tt&j as well... your slipcovers are pure awesomeness! I'm already thinking about making one for my couch as well since it was quite "damaged" by my twins ;)
