Floral Chair

My client had her last slipcover (white) for 10 yrs…she thought it was time to do something fun. This is "her" chair that she sits in every night.

 Chair--before muslin covered

Chair--AFTER--she decided she wanted the pink flowers to be centered on the back.

There was quite a bit of matching involved, but it all went smoothly.

She decided on no skirt... to mix it up. Her last one had a skirt.

The repeat flowed perfectly down the front of the chair.

Her whole room…we did a few pillows for the couch out of the extras.

SIDE NOTE…We finally are done! The handrail got installed last week.

                                                    BEFORE                       DURING

    AFTER!

I am always SO impressed at how beautifully fitted your slipcovers look! This chair, in particular, is so smooth it looks like new upholstery.

The slipcover is gorgeous. I originally thought it looked super BOLD, but it fits beautifully with the other furnishings. Bravo on the railings. I have to admit , I was sceptical of the outcome, but y'all nailed it! It's gorgeous. that whole remodel job really opened up that area & it sure looks much larger! Your blog posts area lways an inspiration Shelley!

The slipcover is beautiful. The fun fabric really suits the chair style. Do you use velcro under the base of the chair to keep the body of the slipcover from moving around?

You have certainly been a busy lady this year. I love the pieces you did for me. They are so beautiful. I am amazed at the change to your living room. I can't even imagine the value you have added to your home and it is so much more open and livable in the mean time.
